Didn't like the work environment at all, the people are so toxic they pressurise to work hard policy but in the time of appraisal your TL and manager will be your worse enemies forget about you personal life and designation they will treat you as a sweeper of there person house hold they don't care about employees personal problems they just want you to work like donkey all day all night still you will didn't get any appraisal in fect if you working with good approach or you are very close to the manager or your tl only then you will be notify. Too much politics never ever going to come at this environment again best of luck everyone....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
