Literally, I hate everything about this company especially the salary structure and management team. The management is very rude and would never support you reach your objectives. Usually they have no humanity. During my tenure I have seen atleast 12 employees resigned from Accounts team. So the is always vacancy in Accounts team all round the year. So it's a generous suggestion to think twice before joining this company. Sorry cannot call it a company because there is no corporate culture here. You'll find the Compliance officer chewing betel nuts inside the office all time....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
