It is a fast growing company, Pay is very good compared to Industry Standards, the culture is a Start Up Culture, so still there is scope for improvement. You learn on the go, lot of new challenges. There are good hike and growth if you perform well

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
