You can learn alot of the Salesforce stack and get good certifications related to the current partners.

Dislikes

The org structure/designations/hikes/job security are myth. Lots of favoritism to known colleagues over the deserving.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
