You get to work with some of the best developer minds in the market. Pay wise no complaints. Most of the projects are US govt projects. Best for exposure to work. 2 yrs experienced guy in MTX can beat a 6yrs experienced developer in the market. Lot of complex projects and work on various domains of Salesforce.

The training is amazing if you compare the training to another company. If you will be converted as full time then the salary will be good w.r.t. to another company in the same domain.

The Main Problem with this company is that they fire their employee without giving a reason / or they can fire you with wrong reason. If you are fresher then the chance of being fired from the job will be 100% after the training period.

They offer remote, but soon it will be hybrid by July 2024. If you're completely new to programming, working here would interest you. (well it was not in my case, the tasks which i got were monotonous and added no value to my professional growth. ) As a fresher or an experienced, I must say they do provide few learning opportunities.

There are lot of things which i hate about this company, anyone joining with MTX should definitely consider these points. Management lacks leadership qualities. they don't have proper decision making skills. If your joining as a QA, Join MTX if this is your only option. Because, QA life is far worse than dev life in mtx. They micromanage you every minute. They prepared a sheet where you provide detailed hourly update. and work late hours to complete your task. Get ready to work night shifts and weekends. Freshers are kept as interns for 1 year and they are promoted to associate consultant trainee, which is the worst designation IMO. Politics is everywhere, and so you will find it here as well in every project, award nominations. Their Tech Stack - Vlocity doesn't have any market value, you would spend your entire day fixing small issues which is not at all productive. If you're a core programmer like me. Just stay away from these drag-and-drop tools, it will ruin your career in the long run. Same old implementation in every project which I was part of. Their timecard policy is the worst. we have to keep track and log every hour of our work during the weekend. People who work late work hours/weekends have more value than a person who is productive enough in a day. They have the worst policies, MAKE SURE TO CHECK THIS> they don't encash compoff while leaving the company. All the hard work which we have done working in night shift and weekends will go for a toss. So make sure you're using all of them, as NO HR/Manager will guide you through this. Last thing is the certification, If you're planning to leave the company, make sure you don't give any certifications in the 2-year span. or else the amount will be deducted from F&F. Well certifications don't add any value. it's the skills that matter.

I liked the kind of work I get to do here. There is good learning and good skill development. The salary paid is also decent. Employees get to give free certification vouchers.

No HR management to discuss any issues or concerns. No Appraisals No Increments Too much Harassment Unachievable deadlines and 24/7 work timings.
