Worst office politics. There's just a group of people who want to be in power over others and only those people get the benefits All other people are always put out from any benefit They never promote someone out of their circle

Initially they give good increment. Some people are helpful and genuine

1. No promotions 2. Policies keep on changing every quarter 3. A lot of favouritism(Managers keep extra relations with freshers and favor them) 4. very poor hikes 5. HR are rude and insensible

I liked the kind of work I get to do here. There is good learning and good skill development. The salary paid is also decent. Employees get to give free certification vouchers.
