Working with two monitors. Every developer was given 2 monitors to work simultaneously. Employees used to interact also in between. Work load was less.

All employee are good, if you want settle in MSI after 8-10 years of experience its good option. No hectic work, if you know how to maintain legacy application thats it you will servive in MSI. Personaly MSI is a good company Im very much thankfull for MSI for giving me chance to work there for few years.

Senior management wont consider your thought seriously, in meeting they just say we respect employee thoughts but in reality its totally different, they do what they want to do. And moreover if you are fresher or two three year experience its not good company you will fall in confirrt zone definitly and you will not learn much compare to other companies and MSI is not basically a full fledged IT Company. They are maintaining some project and there is no project structure, still they are following water fall madel. Yeah its not that much of imp in MSI because they are maintaning applications. And senior employees will not give there place even after 20 years I mean if you are developer you will in developer position for another 10 years no improvent, no challenges, no new things, and yeah office politics is there in MSI too, but no one will show....Read More

I found the company's approach to hiring and onboarding candidates with a lack of zero transparency, misleading communication, and an overall disappointing experience. I urge future candidates to ensure they have all the information before committing to this company. pls check the past employee reviews. Be aware of the nature of therole offered. Heads-up. The agents on the floor are taking back-to-back 90-120 calls, and they also have to pitch for sales, also monitoring hourly calls report to meet hours calls target, which makes it even more hectic. The infrastructure isn't great either—they only have one restroom for the entire floor, which is tough to manage. Plus, the training they provide isn't up to standard.
