I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

One of the worst companies. They treat employees like toilet paper. They d not have any HR policies and do not even issue an Appointment letter on a proper letter head. They do not give any employee a Releving letter.
