To be honest, my teammates were immensely good. We made a good bonding while coding in a way that we understand each others problem and solve it by combined efforts!

Dislikes

There is basically no career growth. That boss Shakir always make you feel like a Clerk. Not much appraisal, in the name of appraisal it was like "Bheekh". Also, to add more, work-life balance was a mess. Regarding job security, it gives me a laugh! Shakir always used to say us "Paper rakh do!" means "If you are unable to work as per his ethics, he will remove you from his company". In short, if you are willing to work here, I recommend you please NO. Find a more suitable and cool job rather than this!...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
