Dislikes

There is basically no career growth. That boss Shakir always make you feel like a Clerk. Not much appraisal, in the name of appraisal it was like "Bheekh". Also, to add more, work-life balance was a mess. Regarding job security, it gives me a laugh! Shakir always used to say us "Paper rakh do!" means "If you are unable to work as per his ethics, he will remove you from his company". In short, if you are willing to work here, I recommend you please NO. Find a more suitable and cool job rather than this!
