For freshers, they will provide 20k as a monthly salary. which is 5k more as compared to other companies. But as a fresher don't go for salary, go for domain. Eg. Prefer banking and finance domain which will help you in your career growth. E-learning domain in hell, waste of time and experience.

1.Domain of this company is e-learning, which is not useful when we try to switch the job. 2. It's a content testing job. 3. As usual the office politics. 4.They will hire you on 3months contract but can terminate you after 2 months. 5. Overall Office environment is good but job security is zero.

It's a contract based job for manual tester.. and first of all it's not a a proper testing it's a Content QA testing. It was a 6 months contract first 3 months they give you proper work bt remaining 3 months they don't have work they will tell u to take leave and it's unpaid leave...its a pathetic company i have joined

It was a WFH job that's the only thing.

Freashers Be aware!!! Really shady things happen here. 1. They'll just mark you on unpaid leave if they have no work for you to do on that day. at start it will be 1-2 days a months but within 7-8 months it will be 12-15 days a month. 2. They'll bring up tiny mistake or sometimes not even a mistake, that was a year old and would say your performance is not good, so justifies almost to nothing increament. 3. After that If you try to leave they'll ask you to not file the resignation untill you get a new job, reason they say - "There shouldn't be any gap in your resume it won't look good" pretending that they care for you but in reality they'll keep getting your pay from client which they are pocketing because on paper you never left the company. so no money for you a lot more for them. BTW the salary you'll be getting is like less than 50% of what client pays them to pay you. 4. when i joined we were around 60 people on a client. within 6 months more than half left, within a year only 4-5 were left. so they dont have to give increaments and can hire new people at cheap. 5. I think team leaders are instructed to annoy you so you'll be reaching a point where you want to leave but then what i mentioned in point 3 happens. (My opinion)...Read More
