not sure ,it was due to project or due to manager. i worked in WTC4 outer ring road branch as a Java module lead. the exposure was good. env was friendly. only issue with its bench policy, (after 3 months on bench half salary, after 6 month no salary ) though i never faced it. and the notice period (3 months). mphasis was a turning point for carrier growth.

Nothing is there to like about the organization. No appraisal for years, make excuses for salary cut, No work life balance just terrible experience.

No appraisal for years, make excuses for salary cut, no work life balance, no stretch hour payment, just do extra to make client happy. But they charge them very huge amounts, No one listen to you. Not an organization to work.

Good for Middle Level Resources as you get to learn the new skills in a production environment while working with the clients onsite. Chances of getting on to the payroll of the clients. However, chances are bleak(may not be even 5%).

Dislikes

Not good for senior resources. Hikes are not given even after 3 years. Besides this, variable pay will be deducted on play of number game. Resources will not have any recognition as the resources will be outsourced to work at client place. DO NOT expect anything other than Net salary (excluding variable pay). No yearly hikes, elevations. Chances of luring with a tantalizing bait of overseas opportunity which of course would never happen.
