There are lot of managers who just don't do any work and are there only to give Gyan. If you can tolerate such people, do their work and the actual client tasks, then join the company. Unfortunately there is group of such people who are just wanting to retire from the company. No passion to do work.

well, you can expect to work on legacy technology and secure your job for years...it's HR policy is getting influenced by other big company..the notice period increased to 3 months from 2 months, Paid holidays reduced...more or less No annual increments and perks...
