It depends on the team we work with, if the team manager or lead is chill and doesn't bother much about micro management, you will enjoy the work even if you come to office everyday

In general, nothing much is there to like but training programme and skill development is good.

Worst bench policy. Once someone is on bench HR pressurise to resign as they do not want to give severance package and violate Indian labour laws. They are expert in violating Indian labour laws. Also, promotion and increment is below industry level. Job security is below average. The worst part is that work given to a lower level employee and higher level is same. No Promotion. No Hikes. No Appraisal. No Appreciation. Overworked. Micro management. Work life balance is obviously bad. Managers are stuck to their roles for far too long and stagnate the growth of other new members early in their career. They only have appreciation for you and your work when they want you to work more. WFO is implemented very strictly. Extended work hours.

promotions Manager support Lack of clarity what employees are doing in project by Managers. No recognition. Managers have to recognize the effort of employees. Existing employees under paid and new joiners are getting good hikes

Now a days they not allow to do work from home ,if the people who are working good and well also they will not allow to do work from home that's why I quit my job ☺️...... In future if u got a opportunity I will not at all miss that one 👍
