I had worked there for 1 year and received a lot of appreciation in just a very short time. I had performed by best in my project, Center of Excellence, and other forum related activities. I used to be punctual, hard and smart working, professional, enthusiastic, energetic, and a problem solver. But my reporting manager used to hateme for all my good qualities. I was liked my many people but she started getting insecure about this. Only quality I lacked was buttering her. She and her gang (her favorites in the team who has zero skillsets and some more members) started playing politics with me. They all gave me health issues and mental stress. Till my last working day, she had behaved very bad with me. The HR, org manager had no power. I didn't want to work in the organization anymore.
