Likes

Fun place to work at (if you can call an ITES company fun). Relatively more freedom to work on your own. People try to be compassionate.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Mediocrity is rewarded. Leadership is mostly clueless about strategy.

Work Details

While policy says WFH is limited, if you know how, you can have it unlimited. Health insurance is very costly (more than individual / family plans in the market).

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
