No carrer growth. Salary increment is almost zero even if we have a bundle of new projects coming in. Mphasis does great in share prices but increment to its employees... zero. No flexible shifts.

There is always a job security working at Mphasis and also there has always been an extra push from managers to achieve the extra mile. Equal work-life balance and support.

Dislikes

The compensation is not appropriate as compared to market. Organization starts thinking about compensation only when employee resigns or decides to leave. If every thing is good about organization then why compromise on compensation.
