There nothing to like at Mphasis. HR is pro management rather pro employee. Department has been authorised to outsource so that managers won't get any escalation against them.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture at GNOC. Don't make your life miserable. Many resources resigned due to that. Join at your risk.

Work Details

WFH allowed but work pressure is more than the usual. Employees are working 14 hours without any incentive. Managers threatened for asking incentives.
