I work for a big four company.. Still I can say mphasis is the best.. The support, the atmosphere, the people, staff and hr support mangers support all I can say is that it is the best best place to work... Peace. Even wen my log out was at 2.30 .. I would still stay der.. Cause it was never like hell feelings.

Salary, hike is the only problem. Still if u think that u dont have work life balance... U can choose mphasis.. Cause I had more time for my personal life as well as I work... I used to cover my work out, morning walk, watch TV, play game, go out meet friends still I reach my office on time...

Pathetic place to work as an experienced and fresher candidate. They treat you as per their mood, it's more like school with plenty of restrictions. Most people left the company due to mental health issues. Initially, the management treats you very nicely but after 2 months the true colors are out. Be safe.

I like the Company culture. Company hours. Company gives us party in every 4-6 months that I like most.

Dislikes

We have to meet 7 hours 45 minutes on floor even after completing our work. And if we don't met they reduce our ratings as per KRA even if my work utilisation is more than 100%

I like only training phase they gave good training by MLA when we are in training period it's good,everyone improved their skills which they trained themselves.

Dislikes

Work culture it's very bad, management is very bad, and freshers dont join mphasis because definitely your career will going stuck and drop, again u step out of the mphasis again u start from scratch because they won't give proper project opportunities.

I got good colleagues who are friendly and always ready to help.

They hired me saying it's hybrid module but since you are new you will have to work from office for 3 months. Then once i joined, they asked me to work from office for 6 months. Now i completed 6 months, they are saying they will not allow hybrid module at all. Fake promises was made while hiring.

Keeps sending from clients to clients not a fixed role to gain complete knowledge on a project or product in company.

I worked with Mphasis only for 6 months and in those 6 months I worked for 3 months only that to at client site. The client site environment was good.

Dislikes

I felt a few people feels that they own the company and gets so rude with the employees. I personally didn't like their attitude , had to quit within 6 months. Otherwise I had a plan to stay for long.

the work culture is smooth and there is not huge amount of pressure exerted by colleagues as compared to other companies. There are also scope for learning opportunities through learning portals.

Dislikes

Not much freedom, in terms of expressing our views. Chances for promotion are very less for tenured employees. Learning opportunities come with huge monetary cost. Team outing opportunities are very limited as it is restricted to how much quarterly budget gets allocated to the delivery manager.
