Work life balance is good in the current project team is good.

Dislikes

Current Hybrid model and then shift based work policy is horrible. Even though no benefits for the employees. They are not giving the hike from past 5 to 6 yrs. And strictly maintain 8:30hrs a day. Otherwise escalations will happens. And they are respect the employees value/situations.
