Too much too handle the management, worst work culture in Bangalore, don’t come for growth and hike, it will not happen here snd especially there is a manager who runs the PM Project, He is completely skillless guy and waste candidate, he will only care about people who bucket to him , and too much politics. No safety for job snd they will suddenly call and ask you to leave the job..

No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.

No salary increment for 6 yrs. after 6yrs it’s negligible. Its only increase if resignation is placed. Every year someone cannot resign.

They will conduct 8 to 10 test then they will terminate if you don't have 70 % bench mark In my batch all most 30% of people had 69.5% still they didn't consider our marks Please don't prefer this company

the work culture is smooth and there is not huge amount of pressure exerted by colleagues as compared to other companies. There are also scope for learning opportunities through learning portals.

Not much freedom, in terms of expressing our views. Chances for promotion are very less for tenured employees. Learning opportunities come with huge monetary cost. Team outing opportunities are very limited as it is restricted to how much quarterly budget gets allocated to the delivery manager.

It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2 months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY. This company behave employees just like use and throw. There is no job security into mortgage processes .is there anyone decided to join Mphasis into mortgage project then just change your decision. Pathetic management. I was jobless despite being greate performance of 2 years.
