If you join as a fresher, your salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.

the work culture is smooth and there is not huge amount of pressure exerted by colleagues as compared to other companies. There are also scope for learning opportunities through learning portals.

Not much freedom, in terms of expressing our views. Chances for promotion are very less for tenured employees. Learning opportunities come with huge monetary cost. Team outing opportunities are very limited as it is restricted to how much quarterly budget gets allocated to the delivery manager.

It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2 months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY. This company behave employees just like use and throw. There is no job security into mortgage processes .is there anyone decided to join Mphasis into mortgage project then just change your decision. Pathetic management. I was jobless despite being greate performance of 2 years.

I appreciated the chance to work on real-world projects like 'RLL - What's Cooking.' It helped me gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing a full-stack application with Angular and Spring Boot

While I enjoyed learning new skills and working on interesting projects at Mphasis, I felt there was a lack of job security. The requirement to meet certain exam scores to keep the job was challenging
