Work culture, no appreciation, worst treatment from mangers, no helpful environment etc

Company Culture is Pathetic, All Your Seniors, Managers are 10+ yrs of experience, not able to speak English properly are sitting and enjoying their salaries, There is no growth for freshers even you will not get proper holidays, weekoffs and work from home facilities if u are fresher. Only Castizm works fine. If you have any linksto your manager or other seniors you will have complete job security otherwise you are not permanent, they may kik you anytime if they feel they have others who can do multiple work. Castizm, unprofessional managerial behavior, unconditional notice period policy, no value for freshers, even you're experienced you will not have job satisfaction and job security

Work Details

Fine but not up-to the mark. Working hours are not flexible, some times I have to work 16-20 hrs, In weekends you have to stay awake from Saturday morning to Monday morning in front if PC, for solving any L1, L2 type of issues, which was hectic

Since Mphasis was my first company so I could not get much opportunity to grow. But its a good company for experienced employess.
