I was hired by Mphasis for a project with JP Morgan Chase, its was a contract to hire role and it was mentioned during time of interview from mphasis side. The project was in clients location Prestige Tech Park, the project went well and i asked my reporting manager Vicky Pillai who is working from Pune location about the conversion and it was informed its on process in the meantime i was on bench, i remained on bench almost three months, normally bench time is two months if a candidate is not joining any project after two months we will be relieved from Mphasis side but myself and few members were kept on bench for one more month and then got information in April month that i got next project with an other line of business from Jpmc itself. During the time my reporting manager also got changed in my system and i was unaware, my reporting manager called and took 25k from me stating he is having an emergency at family and he nicely took money using my credit card and assured he will be returning when next month salary got credited, i trusted him and helped him. But next month the person nicely cheated me and grabbed that money from me. I enquired about this among few of my HR friend's and got their response that there is no point in reporting this to HR as this is personal matter between both of us. I reported to a couple of managers during my seven years of career, but this experience i got only from Mphasis. While working we all trust our leader's but be careful while working in Mphasis and specially in Mphasis Jpmc projects as there is so much dramas happening regarding the conversion process and conversion cost.
