->This company is nothing but "Baniya ka dukan". ->If you are planning to join , you are joining worst IT company. ->Whenever they want they will remove you. ->HR is treating himself like college principle. ->They are not providing you salary even you worked. -> They are providing average salary around 3-4 LPA. ->They have signeda bond , you are not allowed leave the company before two year. -> You need to pay 2.5 lakh rupees , if you want leave the company. -> If you are breaking the bond , they will sui you as per Tamilnadu Law. -> They will increase you work pressure as per requirement , but they will never increase your salary. -> They are changing extra in canteen food/ CAB charges and providing worst quality of food. ->They forced you to work 10 hour daily. -> If you planning to join this company , you are going to ruin your carrier and health....Read More

Management is supportive and company focus on skill development

No work life balance, night shifts , low on employees cause extra burden on working ones, salary structure is less, some times you have to work extra hours, no festival holidays, they even call you on Saturdays or Sundays to work.
