Goof place to start a career. Coaching/Training before moving you to production. I got very good managers who were truly supportive. No one will tell you a word if you are effectively handling your work. Technical enablement programs.

Dislikes

Charging for cab. No free/subsidise food facility. Location of office. I felt language politics as well during promotions.

No worries about emergency work during non working hours and non working days. No one will disturb you and you can spend happy time with your family!

Process and procurement will be slow and if an employee is lay off or relieved from work no proper send off is provided. Then you need to follow up for settlement and experience letter + relieving letter.

Nothing to like in this organisation. No hikes given in last appraisal. Supervisors are shit. They dont know anything about networking or how stuff works. Just sitting to yell on you. No work life balance. While joining you will get as rotational shifts and off. Been on the same shift and WO entire tenure. Projects are getting rampdown no job security. No inter project swap or else just a call from HR and boom you are on notice period. Everything!!!!! The Managers and HR’s and TL’s most of them are safe players and doesn't want to help their own teammates. Especially in switching team. They are the worst ! They literally have no work life balance, no appraisals or benefits. The office is also unhygienic. They don’t clean well ! They do not concern about employees health issues. They force them to come to office to work even work from home is highly possible if not, they ask indirectly to resign the company or they ask why did you join.
