Such a lovely place to work. If you push yourself for n times to become successful CSS will push you n* 20 times. So always push harder, CSS and their management will always support you. No politics specially if you are more attentive on productivity. Management are really very professional and transparent. In terms of salary there is one Funda, what you deserve u get.
