Company HR don't respond properly to any queries and if you don't listen to your senior they will make you target if you ask any questions regarding anything and senior's they are the worst people I have ever seen they will make you work on holidays as well and they don't pay for that to and the worst thing is if you are sick they will make you work more we can't balance our work life and if they give you incentive they will make us pay alla the incentive which we have taken at the time of resignation I strongly recommend not to join in this company....Read More

MOFSL Management is good but due to the lower level employees are mentally harassing by the reporting. The way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.
