Huge incentive you can earn but there is too much partiality.

Tremendous work pressure, have to work till late every single f***** day in office. TL's doesn't allow you to leave at 6 pm. They will let you sit till 8:30 9 or 10 pm.Too much favoritism and politics. Can't trust anyone nor even your teammates. Salary is too low. People who are favorites of TL and manager are only given growth. No appreciation at all.

The work was very boring. Had to call clients and tell them to open demat account. No challenging work at all and the work was repetitive. I would strongly suggest to not join Motilal Oswal Financial Securities Ltd in Online Sales department.

No work life balance...they tell us to come at 8:30 am and we , especially ac opening sales people are required to sit till 7:30...they only pay 10k inhand for graduate....

8:30 am to 8 pm .....thus no work life balance.....and 2 km far from station....few rick/bus after 6pm
