As when I joined motilal oswal I thought it is a good company where my future will be secure I'm happily started working learning many things from there got many things what I just had dreams to buy with my own money.

As I worked there after 6 month the things changed all the TLs and the manager started making their favourite employee and the main politics begins working sincerely there but not got the appraisal and also not got the increment because of that I left the company the TLs and manager are the main reason why I left the company the senior manager and senior TLs also same the also not appreciate me fir any think and also their the the many fraud work going on TLs give all the good leads their favourite employee because of that many employees are not performing well....Read More
