As i have heard about Motilal oswal that is the biggest company , so i thought employee satisfaction would be there but my experience is not so good,,,Salary deduction, lots of thing has hidden while you will doing joining formalities they won't tell you about salary deduction happens here... On RM level also too much salary deductions, reason RMs left job frequently here ,,it just causes big attrition on TM level...Working day is monday to friday so that is good.. Yes , company paid salary on time in that situation..

Career growth zero, job security os zero, salary deduction is happening on regular basis ,, employee satisfaction is zero...Work environment is too much bad...
