Dislikes

Whenever there is Role Elevation / Grade Elevation happens, management doesn't increase benefits / emoluments / perks accordingly whereas responsibility gets increased immediately.

Worst company, because they ask accounts and insurance every day from joining onwards. They will check your performance 6 months from date of joining. Your not met the target, they can ley of at any time. Dear hiring team, employees are assets to organisation but you are supposed to do like that. Especially, women candidates not prefer this type of jobs.

over the period of 10 years from advisory executive to AVP this journey was exciting and will be very exiting going forward. The organization is driven by KNOWLEDG FIRST culture which is very helpful to gain knowledge. In a broking industry no one is offering such a good concept of Knowledge. Seniors behavior is good. They value for employees.

The worst hr you can find is in motilaloswal. Divya pillai is the regional hr but still she is useless. Lot of girls tell her problem her mental harrassment but everytime she will lie ok give me sometime I will get back to you . But she will never respond . This company is not at all female friendly . And if you have stable job thenguyz please don't leave that job and join mosl.. Mosl give you hike but after 6 month they will give you pip and then you will be useless to them . Without providing portfolio or client how many days you will survive. This is the organisation where you will be not allowed to serve your notice period. Bosses are insecure they don't give chance for fresh talent. Initially they will say that will arrange your training in Mumbai. They will send you Mumbai just for showing rosi picture but after coming from Mumbai your honeymoon period will go and real mental torture for 2 cr of monthly mutual fund get started apart from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month . If you don't do daily 2 meeting attendance is not marked and for every meeting you have to do geo tagging.and call from Mumbai whether sales person have met or not which is very embarassing infront of our client...Read More

I feel we spend a lot of time on virtual calls on daily basis. The review mechanism is also micro what i think. We spend a huge time in making different PPTs and beautifying them. Our incentive calculation and payout is very complex and there is huge attrition too due to this. We should really take action in making few things complex to simple.
