Nothing to like. This company is ideal for those who does not want to work just relax and chill, which is the worst habit according to me. I just like that you can study on your own in that time.

Dislikes

Everything is bad. No benefits. No cab service, no free food, no diwali bonus in first year, have to stay 9 hours 15 minutes, lack of skill in employee, no corporate culture, a simple work which should be done in hours takes more than 10 days here.

Can't explain but it's based on team to team. It's average rather than job security. Few Teams do WFH and few are not allowed. Even in health issues.

Some deductions are not mentioned in the offer letter , they will tell you at the time of induction. Every manager say different things about the starting of process , lack of co-ordination & communication gap , within the Department.
