Job Security zero. They can ask you to leave any day, just one call you get that your position got impacted and boom you are out. No system access will be available right after the call. No good projects, Managers will show that they care for you, and they are with you. But nope they a re not helpful at all. Even if you have concerns and you discussed these concerns with you managers, there is no use of it.
