no job security very bad sr management, they will politically decides everything if you are a technologist then stay away from this organisation, they have nothing much to add value to your career. A simple fresher can satisfy their requirement they don't have a vision about what they initiate . A small loss could put the whole project into trouble

Layoffs happen every year almost. You have to be a good performer and your managers should know you. In a way it's good. Keeps you on your toes. Networking plays a big role in promotions/appraisals. You need to be a very vocal, extrovert person to get promoted. Yearly salary hike is pretty low.

A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially. No clear picture about management, during appraisal you'll find new stakeholders which u had to satisfy

Worst, was never treated fairly, isolated, never allowed to play the role I was hired for, never introduced to stakeholders, US manager was having weekly delivery review with my directs, though I was hired as Handson delivery owner from India, US manager changed the role on his own discretion as PMO manager, as cadence giver, when Iraised this as a concern, I was blamed that I was fighting with my manager by senior folks in the US,. They want to hire high performers talented people but post Hiring treated as dust.
