Likes

Salary compensation they paid very good. Besides the other facilities like skills and development session from outsider(Iron lady, etc.) are there. Hybrid culture is also there this is a plus. Food compensation is also good. Overall Infrastructure and facilities are very good.

Workload is fine, office cab. Another company screwed by Micromanagers

Dislikes

A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially. Don’t have any single good thing to highlight.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, lot of favouritism, no job security, Good salary hike & bonus will be given for the one who is close to managers, no scope for improvement and manager will treat well for the best buttering employees but not for honest & hard working employees.
