Likes

Salary compensation they paid very good. Besides the other facilities like skills and development session from outsider(Iron lady, etc.) are there. Hybrid culture is also there this is a plus. Food compensation is also good. Overall Infrastructure and facilities are very good.

A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially.
