TIll now there is nothing that I dislike about the organization.
One thing I would like to suggest is that the menu should be changed sometimes. Also, if food is arranged in each office then it would be easier to have space so that everyone can have their food on time.

Moretasks is one of the great employer I have ever seen. I really enjoyed working here. During covid 19 where big corporate giants are laying off they are still hiring and moreover during this period they still paid salary to their employees. They know how to take care of their employees. I have to leave due to personal reasons other wise I would have still continued to work here. For freshers it's heaven. You cannot get better start than this trust me. Their salary structure is very good. Work culture is fine as it varies from individual to individual perspective. Everything is good as long as you meant to your job work.
Dislikes
1. Sometimes, Sumit receives filtered matter from his guys sitting on the top management. There is a race to spark their reputation in front of him. So he should organize a one to one meeting with a few members once a month to listen to them. After all, a loyal employee is worth more than a few bucks.
2. Looks like management's focus is on the Day shift more than the others.
3. You would definitely not gonna enjoy the cultural events running on the floor if you are working as a customer service agent. Somehow this will bring frustration and anxiety to yourself.
4. No personal life because of rotational shifts.
5. The marvellous move to bring the team together will be by organizing a trip/tour once a year. Even in this case, the customer service agents will be excluded because of their job type. There will always be a solution if the company wish to fulfil this....Read More
