Very good opportunity to work given not focusing on any particular chapter/segment for each project. However intiative ti build an internal database is a very good opportunity interms of both personal and professional growth

Company culture is very good. No micro-management and flexible working hours. People are very knowledgeable and helpful. 3 months bonus practice is the best thing to keep someone motivated.

Dislikes

The company don't offer growth opportunities, you will only work on qualitative parts of report despite having experience in MEs. Sometimes you have to stretch past your working hours (but you will get paid for that)

Almost immediately after confirming my role, I found myself placed on a warning of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), a cycle that persisted every few weeks despite my successful completion of the probation period. The persistent expectation to put in extra hours without commensurate rewards created a work atmosphere that challenged the crucial balance between professional dedication and personal life. The prevalence of bias towards certain employees, particularly those with close affiliations to management, created a disheartening sense of inequality that affected both morale and opportunities for growth. Throughout those months, I witnessed not only my own mental and physical well-being deteriorate but also a notable exodus of employees through mass resignations and terminations. On time salary. Pays for overtime which is rare among secondary market research firms.

It's definately not a place for learning. Most of the analysts and Senior Analysts over here are not aware about number crunching and statistical analysis. People over here are simply focusing on the english writing skills. Unrealistic work pressure : some of the senior analysts are simply assigning 5-6 cps in a day, 10-12 segments/day, which is not realistic. Most number of dumb people stays over here<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Valuable resources are leaving the place as they got new opportunities</mark>. Flexibility in work, and good life balance. Work environment is also good. Office politics is very less as most of the things have been changed with transparency. The plus point is good growth in the company and work culture. Team was good.

Dislikes

Company is early growth stage, so there will be changes with time. I hope for the best and positive outcomes in future. Sometimes employee can feel less work satisfaction, one who cares for their work. Everything else was good and has changed a lot in positive way in last 2 years.
