I hated working withing the "Corporate Compliance - Surveillance" due to the lady named "Rosa Cermeno". She is a micro-manager, doesn't bother about the well-being of her team members. She believes in hire and fire culture. She treats everyone as her slave. She is a dictator. She will not let you take your TPO (leaves). She will notlet you use your work from anywhere days. If you raise your voice against her wrong doings or you report her, then be prepared for the retaliation. She will ensure to make your life hell. She will over burden you with work and compel you to work round the corner without any support. She will make you work even on weekends for 15-16 hours....Read More
