I had moved away from my home city for the first time in my life in 28 years for job in Moody’s and my experience was overwhelming. I was one of the few early hires along with 10 others and from there to more than 200 employees I have seen the company grow leaps and bounds. During COVID, many experienced pay cuts, job dismissal however, Moody’s was one of the very few companies to support their employees not only financially but by starting online camps for mental health awareness. Team culture and work life balance which is prerequisite for any job Moody’s has achieved it well with their policies and procedures. Dislikes

Dislike is a strong word and frankly I don’t have anything to dislike in Moody’s. However one area where I feel it needs to work is “Rewards and Recognition” program.

Work life balance is amazing which can be seen with Moody’s being one of the few companies to start Work From Office in late 2022

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
