The salary is good for fresher and the party along with latest technology is taught. The job had flexible timing and no restrictions on going home early.

Dislikes

The work culture here is not great. It was great up till 2023 , then process kept changing which made the job difficult as we had to document each and every step. Sometimes you feel the work is repetitive but if you’re really interested in this domain then it is worth it. As of growth , you must be good with management then promotion is good and they recognise talents.

Dearth of learning opportunities. Lack and/or misguided understanding of upcoming technologies. Excellent job security but coupled with stagnant growth trajectory. Closed outlook for innovation. Very unglobal and 20th century hierarchical mindsets. Subpar physical infrastructure vis-a-vis the competition. Lackadaisical and forced initiatives on recreation. They have closed door politics.It was previously Copal Amba but not much has changed.The management,the Hr as well as the staff has a laid back attitude. Whatever the good things they discuss in meetings for goodwill and improvement in work conditions/remuneration correction just never happens.
