They put all engineers on site for work and then if project complete then Sr. Person start harassment of junior and whenever employees resigned after harassment then they start their business of notice period buy back. Very cheap and short minded management.

HR take employee from good company and after six months they fire by saying performance is not good. It's General practice to HR and directories. Receptionist is not good in that company , she is Informer to management so don't trust her. Design department HOD is one lady who is not supportive to new employees joineee( She is insecure due to talented people if come and takes her position) due to gropism at company. Management people doesn't help to new peoples . So overall it's not experience to trust with them and to work with them...Read More

There is no system for work.HOD's and some people have created dominance to work as them only. HR team give commitment at the time of joining but they don't fulfill it after you joined the company, having written communication also. HR team signed bond at the time of joining but they never discuss about it before joining.
