Shared Services - not core company hence you feel always like someone leads you all Apparel Group as a developed company gives more to their employee whereas Modex is a budget company and hence won't get the desired increment or salary hikes + other benefits. But for sure Modex is always trying to do there best for there employees Good place to work.

Salary on time, GM and HR are very good. we are only here because of these two only. they take care of every employee

Manager and Team leaders are not good. they treated like us labour. from past many years the work is not organized but they want us to clear all in one day. specially team leaders in ahmedabad are very bad.
