One of the Worst Shared service, Out of dated system, No standard policy work, No appraisal after joining to till 2 years only given 4-5% Toffee Amount. They are treated employees like a labour.

The company is under development which means you will learn more from basics and you will get the power to modify such processes and decisions. Companies give you more freedom and motivation to get your self-upgrade. Best company for freshers and intermediates Great place to work.

Shared Services - not core company hence you feel always like someone leads you all Apparel Group as a developed company gives more to their employee whereas Modex is a budget company and hence won't get the desired increment or salary hikes + other benefits. But for sure Modex is always trying to do there best for there employees Good place to work.

In this company, individual like Nemish Kamdar and Raziya Begum have been hired to managerial positions despite lacking the necessary knowledge and skills. Their attitudes are unprofessional and they seem to believe they hold more power than their roles entail, acting as though they are the CEOs. Unfortunately GM appear to support such behavior, further enabling this toxic environment. Raziya, who holds as HR role, is often absent from the office and does not seem fit for the position. Manager and Team leaders are not good. they treated like us labour. from past many years the work is not organized but they want us to clear all in one day. specially team leaders in ahmedabad are very bad.
