Working in model bank wa excellent at the initial stage of my career as staff over there were almost like my family members.

Dislikes

The current working environment in the bank is not good at all, only 1-2 staff in the branch which actually makes u frustrated and angry... Colleagues were very supportive till my end.. Always happy to get those.... But not the manager(first manager was too good). Apart from all the negative things one thing for sure I want all to know the current hr head (candy madam) ur the best....

Staff are less, work load more. Toxic environment, 1 employee has to manage almost every dept. Work hours is more then 12 hours excluding traveling time. There is a bond period and if you leave in between you'll have to pay 1,00,000/- it's a do or die situation.

The term of Bond period for 3 years are too long. They should reduce the same.

I want to say something that this is not a bank but it is a satyanash and sarvanash bank (Model Cooperative Bank) it is world biggest fraud bank as compared to other bank which is lead by dongi Babas and their Chamchas there is nothing which I liked about this bank of this bank .as compared to other banks to their staff be like (SABKA SATH SABKA VIKAS) but model bank to their staff be like ( SABKA SATH SABKA VINASH) the HR is also third class which I will discussed below There are two Bosidiwali &nausikayas hr and the other one who is not HR but HR who consider herself as HR which I will mentioned below. 1.) Bosidiwali Beyati (Pishachini) 2.) Bosidiwali Ryna (Lafangi) 3.) Bosidiwali Cornilia ( Dasi / noukrani) these types of hr are literally illiterate and don't know what is the basic rules of HR. they just do nothing but licking their bumb and digging each other holes. these HR doesn't have good qualification one has done qualification from gram panchayati and the other one has done from North sentitantal island i.e (Andaman and Nicobar Island) and the third one is (fakiri) like Yogi baba. Apart from this they don't provide a proper salary even after calling and mailing for about 100 times and also they don't give proper salaries for what we are expecting they give 4 & 5 paise as salaries. those who have given services for more than 10 years are getting peanut like salaries I suggest if you work in other banks or companies with 3 to 4 years experience are providing huge packages as compared to this bank. the worst part of this bank is they will ask to sign a contract of 3 years if you do three years than is ok if not you have to pay a sum of RS 1,00,000/- and if you pay also in return you have to do 3 months of notice I don't know why and the management of this bank is also illiterate and they doesn't know how to run a business. in the past few months literally between June to July I have seen 20+ staff leaving this bank and yet many more staff will be leaving in the coming months. Somewhere in 2017 to 2019 a new (Chapari) CEO has been appointed by this bank which I called him M.R (Bangarwala) Osden Fonseca he is the real culprit of this bank he has done more malpractices in this bank but not only in this bank but also more other activities there are several other people in the management who is supporting him and they considered themselves as highly leaders believe me these low categories so called (bikaries) of the management doesn't have good leadership as they are (Sadakchap) who is mostly seen in the dumping ground of the Bhandup areas. In Bhandup areas theses (Sadakchap) are known as (" NASHIDI GANGS OF KALINPUR"). Why these types of bank exist I don't know but RBI should seek such types of bank and demolish this bank as early as possible. I hope that you have read my review. No Growth, Few things to learn, Poor Management, Salary below Standards (i.e manager earns below 25k with lot of pressure on his head, And the worst part is 3 Years Bond and penalty of Rs100000/- if you want to break the bond and even after paying bond we have to compulsory serve 3 months notice.
