Company work culture is good for a city like Ahmedabad. Good work life balance. WFH policy is great.

Promotions and Hikes are not based on your performance. They mostly have projects from Backbase. So if you don't want to work with backbase, very limited options you have here. Politics for hikes & promotions, it only depends on your relationships with a few big people. This company is good for mobile & web development but not so good for backend work. They don't have that backend exposure and related projects....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
