There is no work life balance, or job security, every month they give HR warning without any reason, there is no POSH policy, so female employees have to face harassment. they hire people on bench and then terminate them within a month. Recruitment manager Jagdeep Kaur is the worst person I ever interact with, She made the whole team resign coz she wanted chamchas, She made me come to office in severe food poisoning. They don't approve leaves, even if you have leave balance, They say and I quote "We don't care if someone in your family is demised or get sick, You have to come to office or else resign".
