Don't think of joining this company... No training, no job security, no career growth, worst working environment, your ability to innovate will die.... I prefer strictly not to join this company even if you are in need.... I can understand searching job is hectic but picking worst job like this is more demotivating condition.. No casual leave no earned leave provided by the company.... They deduct the salary if you come 10 min late to office in morning... You will have to do overtime daily without any refreshments... Nothing here is good all worst... They don't provide any sick leaves even if you ask for any sick leave they will ask you to deposit the documents signed by the doctor..

I worked here as a proof reader... Bt trust me I haven't done anything in proof reading... They do copy Pasting work.... Copy from various sites like Wikipedia, ntpel, bmc, etc. And then make book will ask you to go through the formatting of the book...
