Nothing. Incapable management. They are gullible. Their most faithful employees often cheat them and earn a lot of money. Still they believe only them. But they dont trust their honest employees. Very low chance of growth for honest people. Contrary to this who cheats them earn well.

In this organization employee were hard working they actually focused on result oriented.

The management was inefficient to manage the work there is no ethics, shouldn't have basic understanding of thier own market, they don't have any motivation in themselves. Shouldn't follow there own terms.

By counting the expenses in wrong way how many hours and minutes no one knows how much time will be spent in school and also by taking wrong decisions in the company from out of trade people who are not aware of the book trade
